? So I looked at it in the trash and what is there is a folder named "Contents" and in it "SharedSupport" and in that is "InstallESD.dmg." Tried to delete that with right click and Delete Immediately, but got the error message that it can't be modified or deleted because it is needed by macOS. Emptied Trash, got a message that one, "Install macOS High Sierra" could not be deleted as it was needed by the system. I had a lot of old installers in the Applications folder, so I moved them off the drive by copying them to an external for storage, then dumped them into the Trash.
